Refund Policy

If you subscribe to Pro for the first time and the product does not do what you needed within the first fourteen days, tell us and we will refund the payment in full. We may ask what went wrong, because we would like to fix it, but an answer is not a condition of the refund.

This applies once per account, on the first Pro subscription. It is not a fourteen-day free month that can be repeated.

Renewals are not refunded, because you can cancel at any time from your account and keep Pro until the period ends. If a renewal was charged within forty-eight hours of your cancelling and you did not use Pro features in that time, write to us and we will refund it.

If an outage on our side, or a defect in the service, prevented you from using Pro features for a substantial part of a billing period, we will refund or credit that period in proportion, whether or not the fourteen days have passed. Interruptions caused by WhatsApp, by your network, by a third-party API you connected, or by a model provider are outside our control and are not covered.

• Charges from OpenRouter or any other third party for model usage. Those are billed by them, on your key.
• A period in which the account was suspended or closed for breach of the Terms of Service or the Do Not Contact Policy.
• The restriction of a WhatsApp number by WhatsApp. The Terms explain why this is outside what we can control.

Email tech@safeai.global from the address on your account with the subject line Refund. Tell us which payment you mean; the date and the last four digits of the card are enough. We answer within five working days and, where a refund is due, our payment partner returns it to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within five to ten working days.

We publish changes on this page with a new effective date. A change never makes a refund you were already entitled to smaller.
